Great, as usual

I've been using FileMaker Pro software since version 1.0, when it was originated by Claris, and was only for Macintosh. I've since switched to PCs, and FileMaker Pro is now its own company. But the quality of the software remains excellent, the upgrades are always worthwhile, and this is still the most user-friendly database I've ever used.

Minor installation glitch

FCP no longer supports the automatic web-based challenge-response authorization to this admittedly old software (that we had to get to match the other similar versions in our office). The solve required us to call Filemaker and speak to a live representative to whom I had to read aloud the key provided with the software. He needed to confirmed that it was a valid key, then emailed us a new license key that unlocks the software without having to go through the no longer supported challenge-response protocol.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended

I'm very pleased with my purchase and with the ordering process. I couldn't find this version anyplace else, so I'm thrilled that NoSubSoft. Great service!
