Refund & Return Policy
New, Unopened Items – Within 14 Days
You may return new and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. A 20% restocking fee applies unless:
- You exchange the item for another product in our store, or
- You request store credit.
Return shipping is covered only if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective shipment).
Opened, Undamaged, or Downloaded Purchases – Within 14 Days
Opened, undamaged, or downloaded purchases may be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for these items.
If the software has been installed, activated, or registered, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Opened & Defective Items – Within 14 Days
You may return defective items for a full refund or exchange within 14 days if:
- The issue is verified by our Support Technicians, and
- You receive authorization through a required remote support session.
Returns submitted without prior authorization will be denied.

Credit Card Disputes
If a customer opens a credit card dispute without first following our return procedures, they will forfeit all ownership and usage rights to the purchased products. If products are not returned within 7 days, the issue may be treated as theft and reported to authorities.
Funds from the sale may be used to cover any legal or administrative costs associated with the dispute.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on this site are the property of No Subscription Software.
Warranty Disclaimer
All purchases include 90 days of free technical support for installation or activation assistance.

Software License Use & Restrictions
By installing or activating any software purchased from this site, you agree to the manufacturer’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
- Each license may be installed on one computer per serial/license number.
- Backup copies may be created for personal use only.
- You may not copy, redistribute, transfer, or resell licenses.
- Violating the manufacturer’s EULA or these Terms results in immediate license termination.
- No Subscription Software is not responsible for customer misuse of software.
Product Condition & Support Acknowledgment
Most items sold are pre-owned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree:
- No manufacturer support is provided.
- All support requests must go through our Support Team.
- You receive 90 days of free technical support for installation and activation.
- After 90 days, additional support may be purchased by searching for “support” on our website.
- Items may have been previously registered. Registration or ownership transfer is not guaranteed.
- Some software licenses are non-transferable according to manufacturer policies.
- We guarantee activation but cannot guarantee approval of ownership transfers.
- Any included physical media (CD, DVD, USB, etc.) is provided only as a backup copy.
Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information, No Subscription Software may refuse or cancel the order. Fraudulent orders may also be canceled. If your card is charged, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Termination
These Terms apply when you access the site or complete a purchase. No Subscription Software may terminate these Terms at any time without notice. Certain sections, including Copyrights, Trademarks, Warranty Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability, will survive termination.
