I've used this product for years and it performs excellently. I get Service Packs and updates but I understand there is no Customer Support. Delivery was prompt.

I bought this when upgrading my laptop. I just spent good money on a laptop and they only put in the home version of the Microsoft Office 7 system. I installed the Microsoft Office 7 ultimate and have been running my laptop on this ever since. The ultimate gives your more tools and a more flexible working environment. One feature I absolutely love is the ability to emulate Microsoft Office XP. I have loaded Ultimate 7 in 64 bit mode but I have old sound editing software that can only run in 32 bit mode. Thanks to this emulation I am still able to run all my software on the same laptop just by activating the emulation. If you are a power user and have to use Microsoft Office then i recommend you get Ultimate version.

Works well

Less expensive, now, than Office 2013, and still very good. May not have all the new bells and whistles that are in 2013, but it gets the job done.

Office, what did you expect?

Yep, just another revision of MS Office. Same dull boring tasks, lousy ribbon thing at the top and everything is moved around so I waste time looking for them like every other revision. 10 is still better than 13 in my opinion.
