Our Return Policy

Before requesting a return, please contact our Support Team.
Most issues can be resolved quickly, and 95% of problems do not require a return.


Full Refund – Within 14 Days

Your purchase qualifies for a full refund (minus shipping fees) if all of the following are true:

  • You purchased a Physical Package without a download option
  • The seal is unbroken and the package has not been opened
  • The software has not been installed, registered, or activated
  • A signed Return Form is submitted with your request

Exchange or Store Credit (–25% Restocking Fee) – Within 14 Days

You may request an exchange or store credit (subject to a 25% restocking fee) if:

  • You purchased a Physical Package and it has not been installed, registered, or activated, or
  • You purchased a Download Option and have not installed or activated the software
  • A signed Return Form is submitted

Defective Items – Within 30 Days

Defective products may be eligible for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days if:

  • The Physical Package is opened but returned in good condition
  • The software has been uninstalled or deactivated from your system
    • Note: Some downloaded software cannot be deactivated and is non-refundable.
  • Our Support Staff has verified the defect
  • A signed Return Form is submitted

After 14 Days

For non-defective items received after 14 days, we can offer:

  • Exchange or store credit only
  • No refunds are available after 14 days

Items purchased with a store credit or received as an exchange cannot be returned again.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Sale items
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact Customer Support immediately.
We will assist you with an exchange or replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Returns sent without contacting us first or received after 14 days will not be refunded.

Refunds are issued only after our team inspects and approves the returned item(s).


How to Start a Return

  1. Download and sign the Return Form
    (You may upload a scan or photo.)
  2. Log in to your Account and open Order History.
  3. Scroll to the “Merchandise Return” section.
  4. Select the item(s) you want to return.
  5. Enter the reason for your return.
  6. Click “Request Return.”
  7. Email us your signed Return Form (photo or scan) through our Contact Us page.
